a sunday run.

23 Jan

Today marked my first run outside in way too long. While I’d been hitting the gym regularly, there is something much more fun and refreshing about running outside. I spent 50 minutes this morning trekking through the Parque del Oeste and the Casa de Campo, and my turn-around point just happened to be a quaint little body of water.

I’m stoked to see more of the city now that the weather is getting a little better – and I am likely going to run the Madrid Half Marathon on April 3. Let’s just hope I don’t get tendonitis like the last time I did a half.
